“STRIVE TO THRIVE” is an awareness campaign that came to be through the collective need for support, tools, resources, and exposure when owning a black-owned business. These businesses often have a harder time in the competitive landscape and are in need of real and loyal community connections.
Through a communication strategy, a web extension, a product extension, and a pop-up retail event, Telfar will raise awareness on the importance of buying black and buying local. But most importantly how communities can stimulate their own local economies so their neighborhoods can THRIVE.

In this concept book, you will be guided through a three-phase process, in which we cover the backstory, the concept, and the campaign.
With Telfar's core values in mind, I will present my findings, and insights, elaborate on strategy, and show how to achieve great consumer engagement through a bulletproof concept. But most importantly, I will show how you can help black communities thrive.
RETAIL ENVIRONMENT GUIDELINES
In this retail environment book, you will be guided through the guidelines for the retail environment that need be followed when creating the pop-up store in other countries and their cities.
With Telfars core values in mind, I have translated the concept into a physical retail environment, elaborated on strategy and show how to achieve great consumer connections through a physical space where people can meet. But most importantly, this pop-up store shows how Telfar can help black communities.
